(Source: Worcester City Council) Landlord Paul Bennett has become the first in the city to be awarded a new special licence from Worcester City Council. From 1 September new legislation was introduced requiring all properties that are rented out to several tenants - known as Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) - to be of an acceptable standard.
